So for my Media Studies class, I had to do this project on Official Story vs. Unofficial Story. I did my project on the topic of Gay Teenage Suicide. I viewed the unofficial story as the one no one knows; what’s inside the teenager’s mind and how he/she feels. The official story was what everyone knew, the surface story, the way people saw it from an outsider’s point of view.
I know it’s a really sensitive topic, but I felt like it was something that needed to be brought to light.
I suggest reading the unofficial story before reading the official story. And I have disclaimers on both blogs, but just to be safe, I’ll put it here too.

I usually only reblog porn, but after reading this project, it’s just made me think. After reading this, I can clearly see a moral. There’s people out there to talk to if you need help. And the people around you do love and care for you. Don’t be afraid to talk to them.
Just please, think twice before you do it.
